Cypress Gardens, FL

Okay- due to some not-so-subtle hints from my buddies in Sunday School class, I'm finally back to updating the blog. Here's a couple of posts from our trip to Florida in August. My parents live 3 miles from Cypress Gardens, so we got season passes and went several times. I learned that Eli has no fear when it comes to the rides! The bath shot is Eli and his cousin, Dylan. We were all tired from the Cypress Gardens trip, so the idea of "two birds with one stone" was very appealing! Plus, they obviously enjoyed it! And, who doesn't appreciate a good toddler bath shot, huh?

Bathtime and haircut

Took a cute shot of Jacob after his bath two nights ago. Plus, I got my haircut tonight and told Aaron to take a picture. All you ladies know that it never looks as good as the first day you get it cut and styled!

Rice cereal

I gave Jacob his first dose of rice cereal yesterday. He wasn't a fan! Note the happiness before the cereal...

Tontitown Grape Festival

While Nana and Pappaw were here we visited the Tontitown Grape Festival (Tontitown is a city nearby). We thought it amusing that for a grape festival, there was only one small table of grapes for sale! But, as you can see, Eli enjoyed the rides! And Mommy and Daddy, too!

Visit from Nana and Pappaw

Aaron's parents visited us this past weekend from Indiana. It was great to see them again, and I know they enjoyed their time with the boys.

Haircut Weekend

Aaron ordered a new hair clipper from our bud, Jamie. So, he gave himself and Eli a haircut last weekend. I've got some handsome men in my life, huh?!
